Returns & Shipping

Inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis. I stand behind my handmade goods that are inspected to assure customers are to be satisfied with them. Each request will be treated fairly and reasonably. I believe when treating my customers evenly and respectfully that they are fair and polite with me.

Returns: Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact me at krossthreds@gmail.com or through IG: @krossthreds - to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. I am always happy to help! All sales are final, thank you!

Delivery Times: Current TAT is posted at the top of the shops page, or on IG bio (@krossthreds). Please remember that TAT is "processing time", this does NOT include shipping. My delivery time is estimated only and not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of my control, and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Kross Threds is not responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by mail carrier
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery
